Commissions
Thisisjam.com will not make a charge for introducing you to Thinc Group Ltd and does not receive a fee directly for processing your enquiry. If your mortgage or loan enquiry is successful with Thinc Group Ltd, Thisisjam.com will receive a commission payment direct from Thinc Group Ltd. If Thinc Group Ltd charges you a fee for arranging a mortgage or loan, Thinc Group Ltd will pay 25% of that fee to the introducer, Thisisjam.com. Thinc Group Ltd will also pay to Thisisjam.com 25% of any procurement fees or commissions that they (Thinc Group Ltd) receive direct from the lender. Thinc Group Ltd will also pay a share of any insurance commissions received, equivalent to 25% of the total commissions and fees received by Thinc Group Ltd.
